Tardigrades are also called as Water bear, and are near-microscopic animal. They have 8 legs and hands with 4 to 8 claws on each. There are more than 1000 known species of Tardigrades.

They can live in deep seas, in volcanos, with oxygen, without oxygen. They can survive at -200°C to +150°C.
They can even survive in space with no effect of any kind of cosmic rays.
They can survive without food for years.

They have been on the earth since the time of dinosaurs and they have survived all the apocalypse.
They can even survive after the humanity.
So we can say that Tardigrades are immortal.
They have been around for over 500 million years.
